At a time when most large scale US manufacturers outsourced production to South America or the Far East, Earl Beard put his belief in “American Made” founding Earl’s Apparel in 1972 and launching Stan Ray as a brand. He created a company that would specialise in the production of military grade cotton sateen garments, natural drill pants and painter coveralls.
The company's principles remain the same as the day Earl founded Stan Ray, to offer a good service and provide high quality, durable, comfortable and affordable garments all made in the manufacturing facility in Crockett, Texas in the USA.
