How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following credit and debit cards; Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro and Amex. All credit and debit card payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We also accept PayPal. Paypal sign up is optional and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. You will be directed to PayPal’s or Shopify Payment pages after the checkout.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Both domestic and international orders are shipped using DPD recorded and insured services. Occasionally we might use a alternative courier service.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped, this email will contain a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your order online. Alternatively if you have an account with us you can login and check your order status from your account dashboard.

WILL I BE CHARGED TAX OR CUSTOMS DUTIES ON MY ORDER?

Please be advised that customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the destination country. The Northern Fells Clothing Company has no control over these charges and they vary from country to country. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by The Northern Fells Clothing Company. For further details of these charges, please contact your local customs office.

How do I return my order?

We offer a refund or exchange for orders returned to us within 14 days from receipt of delivery. Any orders returned after the 14 day period will be issued with a store credit note (valid for 6 months from date of issue.) Returns are simple, to request a return please send an email to: store@northern-fells.com notifying us that you would like to make a return. We will get back to you within 24 hours with further instructions. All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. This includes all product labels and packaging to be in-place and still attached to the product. The customer should pay for the return shipping costs, and we advise using a recorded and insured service to guarantee safe delivery. Please ensure that returns are sent in protective packaging.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING FOR MY RETURN ITEMS?

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. In the case of faulty or incorrect items, The Northern Fells Clothing Company will cover the cost for the return shipping charges. Exchanges are sent out free of charge.

Do you offer discounts or coupons?

From time to time we will over special discounts to be used online, please sign up to our newsletter to hear about these promotions. Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases. Discount applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Some exclusions may apply.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Accounts are completely optional, but by registering an account you will only have to fill in your address once during checkout and it will be saved with us, be able to track your order through your account dashboard and have the added benefits of being a Northern Fells member.
